Missed Trades

This section is dedicated to the missed trades—setups I recognized but didn’t take. For each missed opportunity, I document the context, the reason I skipped it, and an estimated PnL based on how the trade likely would have performed.

Many of these come down to hesitation, mindset issues, or second-guessing my analysis. Logging them helps me track the emotional side of trading, assess how much opportunity I’m leaving behind, and push myself to be more decisive when valid setups appear. Every missed trade is a chance to learn and refine my edge.
