Note:
The day was pretty choppy. Over the weekend I got myself five new Tradify accounts, and the plan was to trade them a bit aggressive to try and pass them quickly. But the market only moved in small ranges, so there was not much momentum to get a good swing trade going. It was a lot of waiting in the beginning.
I ended the session one hour earlier than I normally do, and I will keep doing that going forward. I don’t think the last hour is worth trading for me. I am tired, more likely to force trades, so I think it is better to use that time for journaling and relaxing.
Biggest Lesson:
Knowing when to step away is just as important as knowing when to trade. Cutting the last hour protects me from fatigue and poor decisions, while giving me time to journal and reset.
