Note:
The day was pretty weird. At points the price action looked completely random, with overshoots and channels that never made new extremes. Looking at the 10K chart the structure was more clear: there was one overnight channel going down, followed by a very long and unstructured two-legged correction. The earlier downtrend finally got a new low. It was not easy to look for setups when the structure was this unclear, and there were not a whole lot of good setups locally either.
Biggest Lesson:
The first day after a loss is always very different. It is a mix between being motivated and still having the loser in the back of my mind. But accepting losses is getting better and better, and they really don’t affect me much anymore.
