Daily Log - October 8, 2025

Another day with decent price action. It was a weak uptrend with not many setups, then consolidated into a small range for the rest of the session—overall not an easy structure. I watched the 5-minute chart quite a lot too, and it can be a bit confusing since the bias can look different there.

I might do a full week or two just focusing on the 5-minute chart and try trading an eval with bigger targets, similar to how Al Brooks trades. I’ll think about that over the weekend. For now, I realize that trying to trade both styles at the same time is hard for me at this stage of my journey.
