Daily Log - October 14, 2025

No trades on the 2K tick chart today. During this session I became sure about giving the 5-minute chart a real try, and it’s clear that it can’t be done simultaneously while watching the 2K chart and trying to find entries there too. So I’ll now spend a few weeks testing it out.

I’ll only follow the 5-minute chart along with the 15-minute, 1-hour, and daily charts. I did enter a trade on the 5-minute today—it could have been a great one, but I scratched it since the follow-up bar looked very scary. Still, that trade just proved to me that the 5-minute chart really has potential, so I need to give it a proper chance. Starting tomorrow, I’ll fully commit to it.

This will be the last log on the 2K chart for now. I’ll come back soon with a new log focused on the Brooks approach.
