Note:
Got to trade the open for once. The market was very sideways in the beginning, but then we got some news—probably tariff-related—and the market took a nosedive, dropping about 100 points in just minutes. Volatility was high, making it basically untradeable on my PA accounts.
I took a couple of risky trades on my evals, but they didn’t end well. All the evals are now blown. I’ll reset them over the weekend and start fresh, dedicating them to pure Brooks-style trading next week.
The last part of the session was very choppy, and I didn’t really find anything I trusted. A strong downtrend usually calls for more aggressive setups, but not today for me. This weekend I’ll study more Brooks and come back fresh on Monday.
