Note:
It was a big bearish day. The market trended lower with an initial leg down, followed by a retest of the channel, then a second leg lower — and eventually even a third measured move leg down. Unfortunately, there weren’t many clean opportunities to get in on the action. The trend was strong, but entries were limited.
Overall, it was good price action, and the ATR stayed around 3 ticks all day — so hopefully, we’ll start seeing more volume and more setups in the coming sessions.
Biggest Lesson:
Some days the market gives direction but not opportunity. Today was a solid downtrend with good movement, but very few clean setups. It’s a reminder that even when the big picture is clear, entries still have to make sense — and sometimes there just aren’t many. Patience continues to be key.
