Daily Log - July 18, 2025

The day was marked by a slow, downward drift for most of the session. It wasn’t an easy environment to find clean setups either—price action stayed sluggish and lacked strong structure throughout.

This was also the second day in a row where I lost internet mid-session. After about two and a half hours of trading, the connection dropped again. I managed to restart the stream briefly, but it went down after another 30 minutes. Clearly, something is off with the current internet setup, and fixing it will be a priority for next week.

To be fair, I was also pretty tired after a long day out the day before—so my energy and focus weren’t great going into the session. Probably not the best mental state to trade in even if the market had offered more.

Thankfully, I’m moving into a new office soon, and I’ll be setting up another dedicated trading workstation there. It’s closer to work, so I’ll be able to start trading a bit earlier during the U.S. morning session. I’m not sure if everything will be ready in time for Monday, but I’m looking forward to a fresh start with a more stable setup.
