Summer price action is definitely here. The day unfolded within a ranging structure, but the overall price action was tough to read. Many short-term channels had overshoots, and several never got proper retests—making it hard to trust anything developing. Even in hindsight, there weren’t many clean setups forming in strong contextual areas.
Although I’m still not feeling well and that certainly impacts my clarity, I still showed up and put in screen time—and that’s never wasted. Watching price action unfold live is how you grow. That said, even after nearly three years of studying PATS, days like this can still make me feel like a complete newcomer. This market can humble you, and that’s part of the journey.
Biggest Lesson:
Even on confusing and slow days, showing up and watching the market is valuable. You won’t always trade, and you won’t always feel sharp—but screen time builds intuition. The key is to stay consistent, even when it feels like nothing is clicking.
