Note:
Another brutally slow, choppy day. Structure was range-like with a slight bullish bias. At times it looked like a very weak uptrend was forming, but I had to keep moving the channel to make it fit—constant breaks and plenty of room at the top. On the 10K, a wider uptrend channel looked decent; on the 2K, it was hard to trust. I didn’t see any setups at the KEPs. Not a great trading day — stayed flat.
I’m a pretty patient trader, but this was too much even for me—so slow. Focus slipped, so I cut the session short.
Biggest Lesson:
If focus slips and the market is painfully slow, better to cut the day short and rest for tomorrow. Protect energy and come back fresh instead of forcing a trade.
