I started with Mack’s PATS, and over time evolved toward a more Al Brooks–style approach — focusing less on mechanical scalps and more on context, 5-minute structure, and trades that can run when the story supports it.

This site is where I share the reality of trading: the good reads, the bad reads, the missed trades, the mistakes, and the small improvements that actually move the needle over time.

I trade performance accounts with Apex and Take Profit Trader, and I care far more about process and discipline than looking perfect. No signals. No shortcuts. Just a transparent trading journal built around one goal:
